I moved from there a couple of months ago. I broke my lease early. This is one of the worst aparment complexes in Lexington. The place is noisy espesially of the summer. You have college runnung in and out all night partying, blasting loud music. The place is falling down it looks like only the paint is holding the place together. Nothing never works heat, air, water. Something was always having to be repaired, "maintenance" had to show up at least l once a week if you could call them that. There was always someone around wanting to bum cigs, money, a ride. My aparment had leaks, moldy ceiling, and was horribly outdated the place needed new locks, windows, cabinets, doors the whole place just needed to be demolished. I will be really suprised if code enforcement don't some day. The management in the office was no help about any of the above problems. You are lucky if you can even find out who is running the office. All I got was the runaround by a big fat lady that looked Roseie O'Donell and a lot of attitude, a bunch of b.s by the very femine guy in there that looked like pee wee herman. I am so glad to be out of there. Also the place has no outgoing mailbox you have to drive down the street to send out mail. They advertise luxury accomadations but it is all b.s we could only use the pool for a few weeks it opened late and closed early, the gym is all broken equipment nothing worked, the business center was a lie. I moved to park place it might be a little more but it is worth it they have people who know how to make real repairs, you get a car garage, and it is quiet.

You sound like a real class act - the name calling is certainly a nice touch! Teaching that attribut to your children?

Wow, I guess everyone has their own stories but I have lived here for a couple of years and yes I have had some problems but they have always taken care of me! I am on a very tight budget and for the money I pay I am very happy were I live. You talk about these other places but make sure you tell them that they have to pay for utilites which really do ad up. As for the people in the office I think they are very nice to me and some of my other friends that live her so maybe it's you?
