Cloisters on the Green has been a definite disappointment. On move-in day, our apartment was not even cleaned and ready. We had to move around the cleaning team. The carpets are gross, the doors have been painted over so many times that the frames are a little too small for them. The dishwasher does not work (leaves dishes about as dirty as when they went in), and we were promised a new one three months ago that still has not come. The freezer seal is broken and causes freezer burn. One shower spouts like a firehose and is unpleasant, the other goes from scathingly hot to ice cold at random, making taking a shower and not getting burned impossible. The management has promised my roommates and I three times that they would put us at the top of the maintenance list since we moved in, and as of now, three months past moving in date, we have seen no one about our issues. The assistant manager is typically nice but his other office personnel are mean and rude. I would never recommend moving in here; find somewhere else for the same amount of money, it's bound to be better than this.
