My wife and I were moving from out of town and going to sign a short term lease...The placed they showed us was nothing like what they gave us. When pulled up to the apartment, the door showed signs of being kicked in before along with a couple of the neighboring doors including one door being wide open and the inside of that apartment showing significant signs of infestation. The apartment they tried to give us had mold all over it that they claimed was only "mildew" which is the same thing. The ceiling was bowed in and showed water damage. There was dogfood all over the kitchen and various items in a closet. The porch was leaning and could not support any weight without swaying...very dangerous. I went in the next day to sign the lease, needless to say I didn't and we did not move into that dump. When I went in to give the keys back, they acted like everything was ok, when clearly it was not because we were homeless... Watch out for bait and switch...or just don't live here.
