Do not move in !!! You will hate every day of living in that dump. Dog poop everywhere and the apartments are nothing like the one they show you. Tracy Smallwood is the worst apartment manager I have ever dealt with. She was never in her office and I had to beg her to send maintenance every week to fix something. Everything is broken at that place. It has been almost a 2 months since I moved out and they still won't return my security deposit after I have call and asked for it few times. The pictures below will show you the living conditions I was put in for weeks because maintenance could not fix the problem. Also they charge 60.00 every tenant as Mrs. Tracy said for carpet cleaning, but that is not in the contract. You have to fight for your deposit back or you won't see it. Save your money and go somewhere else.
