I'm the reviewer that left the comments on 7/18/03. Since that time, the horribly rude manager and all of the office staff have been let go. The owner saw fit to hire a very nice, professional man "Barry" who is a complete 180 degree turnaround from the previous manager. With this change in management, I will stay here indefinitely -- until I'm ready to buy a home. Colt's Run is the place for me! Try it; you'll like it too.
