I have been a resident here at Colts Run since 2001. I want to share my wonderful experience so you too would want to experience it. To be honest, I thought the price was little high at first. But after living here for a while I realized what I was getting, it was well worth it. The maintance staff is awesome. Not to mention that they offer a brunch on the weekends and its free. And for the staff, I think the staff is very friendly. Sometimes around the 1st of the month, they can get a little rushed but overall always seem to put me first.
