Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Nice quality apartments, but the old manager was a skank. She avoided all issues that she should of handled and acted as if she were better than all residents and employees. Many things were taken care of for certain residents, if they were her friend, but if not, and they were an enemy, it wouldn't get done.
