I have been at Colt's Run for 2 years now. I think it is very nice. Management is very nice and knows people by name, maintenance is quick and the community is well maintained. My favorite thing about the apartments is not hearing my neighbors! I am a nurse and have worked crazy hours and it is always quiet and peaceful here. I would recommend it to anyone.
