I lived in Forest Oaks which is around the corner and owned by the same people and they are pretty comparable. I will say this, the apartment when I moved in was clean and the maintenance was there to fix anything almost immediately after I got there. After the "honeymoon" period maintenance got much more lax and I had to call 2-3 times in order to get someone over to fix something. The people they have in the office is like a revolving door, you never have time to develop a relationship with them. The air conditioning in the summer keeps you cool enough just to not be sweating. Pet owners are not controlled at all and some of them let their animals deficate wherever they want, even on the sidewalk. Lots of people move in and out constantly. It is fairly quiet though, not a lot of noise where I am. However approximately two weeks after I moved in i had two of my tires slashed on my car, and I hadn't even been in town long enough to have enemies. I really wouldn't recommend living here unless you were hard up.
