I've lived at Cross Creek for about 2 years now. I have to say, I have no real complaints about any of the staff. I understand that if I put in a work order to fix something, it may not get fixed for a day or 2 because, if you actually live and work here on Earth, things need to be prioritized. I got fed up reading a lot of these complaints. If you have a problem with parking, what can the staff do''' Build another parking lot''' Where' A/C isn't working huh'' Chance are, if your AC doesn't work, the office knows about it bc theirs isn't working either, (boiler/chiller system one unit heats and cools the entire property). Sick of the noise''' Why are you living in an apartment''' Of course you're going to hear neighbors, name one apartment complex that you don't hear them! If you do hear them, don't blame it on the staff...they don't live next door to you! Look, I guess what I'm trying to say is this...If you chose to live in an apartment, you have to consider the headaches that come with it. If you don't want to pay to deal with headaches, buy a house and fix everything yourself, pay utilities, mow your own grass...etc.
Finally, Cross Creek is GREAT place to live. I would recommend it to anyone, who is looking for a clean, safe place. It's is reasonabely priced considering they pay ALL utilities!! My advice to those of you with constant drama with the staff...Stop creating the drama and start treating the staff the way you would like to be treated if you were in there shoes...then you might be able to get things done in a timely manner!

This was so obviously written by the management that I can't believe anyone would take this seriously. This is exactly their attitude - they think the problem is the tenants, never themselves.
