okay........ So why dont you put on here that YOU are the same guy that own PENNINGTON PLACE.. aka.. the hell hole. You say that you are worried about your attendants, so why is cross creek so more important that pennington place. I dont know if you have been over there in a while or not.. but Leah is never in the office and when she is she NEVER answers the phone.. The maintenance never FiXS anything..half of the apartment dont even have heat.. Not to mention that LEAH doesn't take care of the electricity half to time.. The electricity has been cut off from the laundry room for over a week.. And Im sure if you was to go and ask every attendant there, they would tell you that LEAH nor anyone else do there there job.. So in reality you are paying someone to sit on there cell Phone all day or should I say sit at your other properties. When you own something its YOUR responsibility to take care of it.. Pennington PLace isnt fit for dogs, SO why dont you fix that place up????

This is true for all the properties owned by riveroaks. I lived in kirklevington hills and didnot have heat or hot bath and nobody answers the phone. The cross creek apt have been cited for violation of helath codes and deemed infit for residence in march of 2007 by federal inspector Kevin Ingram Tel 859-258-3273.
