Cross Creek Apartments

I've lived in CC for 3 years, and am moving out in a few weeks when my lease is up. When we moved in, things were great. Management was nice and seemed to have things under control, we had no problems. However, after management changed hands upteen times, I've no idea who's running the place. Everytime I go to the office there is someone new there, and no one seems to have any clue of what is going on.
The utility thing (suddenly charging us for them) threw me--I was okay with paying for them, but the way in which they did the whole process seemed very shady to me. They just out of the blue sent a letter and expected us to all pay the bill the very next month.
The business practice at CC has gone downhill. I wouldn't recommend anyone move here (now) and it seems everyone is moving out.
It's a shame, really, because the location of the apartments is so nice.

That is so true. I drove by a few weeks ago and it's as if it is a ghost town now. Management changes almost monthly, it seems. Like you said, it's a great location, but the way tenants are treated before and after residing at Cross Creek is HORRIBLE. I know that no place is perfect, but this is about as bad as it gets.
