this place is ridiculous. the management has changed SO many times, i can't keep up with it. my roommate has been YELLED AT several times by the office staff for being rude to the receptionist, when i know she was incredibly polite to her! the way they split up utilities is incredibly shady and not fair, really. we had a hole in our living room ceiling for the entire year we lived in our townhouse and informed maintenance of it SEVERAL times. maintenance was HORRIBLE. it took them WEEKS to get things done with us calling the office several times. the office now has my phone number as well as my roommate's phone number and will not answer the phone when we call.
before we moved out, we had squirrels in our attic. they had been there for at least 6 months and NOTHING was done to fix it. we called the humane society to see if they could take care of the animals, but they could do nothing because they couldn't reach it with a pole. the code inspector came to check the townhouse, found several violations and gave the office 2 weeks to fix them. he came back 2 weeks later to see the progress and nothing had been done. our townhouse is now being fixed. that may be what it takes! it isn't fair to the tenants to be living in a DUMP for as much as you pay!
i wouldn't wish this place on anyone!
