You will regret any involvement once you have moved into this place. I had Rodents within the apartment; maintenance was non existent, multiple problems with heating/air-conditioning and appliances. I had problems that took weeks to solve and sometime not at all. The staff is very rude and unprofessional and if money was no object, would sue this place. Did I mention that after a year I still have not received my deposit back' I have called the main office at least a dozen times, only to get the run around. Once again very rude and unprofessional, was told that I indeed had received my deposit and that was the end of the story. When I asked for proof, was told that they didn??t have to provide that information. I am in the military and for a company to treat anyone in this matter is unacceptable. Run as fast as you can!

Hey, I don't know if you will read this or have already gotten your deposit back, but send a CERTIFIED letter to:

Threaten to sue them for your deposit. That is what I had to do. I received my deposit via FedEx overnight the day after they received the letter.
