I agree with all of the problems listed. I lived there for a year. I have been out for over 6 months and still have not received my deposit back. I didn't have hot water for 2 weeks. My dishwasher flooded twice and never was fixed. My refrigerated flooded. My apartment was 50 degrees in the winter because the heater wouldn't work. It was 90 degrees twice once in the winter and once in the summer. I had a turtle and had to pour cold water in his tank just to keep him alive. The building I lived in had 6 apartments and only 2 of them were suitable for people to live in. I heard that they didn't have enough money to fix them but I'm not sure. The entire time I was there one of the fire alarms beeped constantly and I told the office several times and they never fixed it. The office staff acted like she was trying to fix things but still nothing ever got fixed and if it did get fixed it was not in a timely manor!
