Over the last two years we have had:
No heat for 2 weeks when we first moved in (February)
No A/C for 5 weeks in the heat of summer
Electrical outlet shorts constantly
Water heater leaked into the ground floor and damage upstairs as well, had to force mgmt to replace
Non-working locks on back door...had to get code enforcement to force that to be fixed along with the front door not sealing properly, Doors leak air like a seive, bad for both heating and A/C bills!!
Sewage water flooded downstairs TWICE due to poor maitenance (refused to deal with tree root blocking pipe)
upstairs phone jack has never worked and they will not fix it
Maintenance routinely ignores repair calls, only way to get them to fix things is to bug them constantly until they do. They never fix something the first time, they either have to come back to fix the bad job they did or they get interrupted by their boss part way through the job.
Boss of the management company is rude and heartless (i.e. didn't care that we didn't have A/C in the heat of summer, said he grew up without it no big deal...well the law requires him to provide it!)
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! RUN, RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I have actually been a tenant at the Delzan Townhomes for over a year. I have never had any problems getting maintenance issues taken care of promptly and professionally. The townhomes are a great value for the size and location. My utility bills are very reasonable. It is unfortunate that some people are never pleased. I am curious to know why you would spend over 2 years there if you had that kind of experience in the first year!!!
