I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. We lived there for a little over two years and it was hell from day one.

First, we were delayed a full day moving in which meant that we had to pay an extra day rent at the old place. Why' Because the "office manager" didn't schedule the carpet to be cleaned. They knew for three weeks that we were moving in and what the date was yet they couldn't manage to get the carpet cleaned.

Second, the heating and A/C was terrible. The upstairs area was so hot in the summer and the downstairs was freezing cold in the winter.

Third, the parking lot noises were really bad. At all hours people were running around screaming and yelling at one another, playing loud music, etc. I NEVER felt safe in this neighborhood. Don't let the "security" cameras fool you. They are only there for use by management when and if they decide to monitor them.

Fourth, don't believe it when they say, "Washer/Dryer connections". The dryer connection is an UNVENTED closet in the kitchen. All of the wonderful dryer fuzz and moisture come right out in your home.

Fifth, the management team is completely incompetent and really very mean. They accuse folks of doing things they aren't doing and will not listen when the person tries to defend themselves. They will charge outrageous fines for things they say happened but that they cannot prove.

Just do yourself a favor and don't go there.

I agree completely with this review. You deserve better than this. People deserve to have the safe, decent and sanitary living that they are assured when living here. Worst of all the residents that are a part of the HUD assisted living are treated very terrible. These people may not pay the $400 that other people pay, but they do pay a persentage of their income that they work very hard for. The management only do do things when they feel that they will suffer punishment from the property owner. The property manger will do nothing to help, assist or accomodate these residents, these residents are simply numbers and $$ in her pocket.
