Great Deal For The Money

I am a single female and I moved into Forest Oaks in January 2003. A new manager and assistant were hired shortly after I moved in. While living at Forest Oaks, all utilities were paid, and this was a great bonus. Anytime that I called a work order into the office, is was always handled immediately and courteously. I contacted the courtesy officer one evening, because of a noise issue, and he came to my apartment within the hour.
I just graduated from UK, and did not renew my lease, but I would recommend Forest Oaks to anyone looking for reasonable rent and a friendly place to live.
