I lived there for two years. Got worse as I stayed until the last four months. New owners worked on the muddy terain and put in grass as well as landscape features. They fix it if it breaks. Its just an old property. My unit had sinking floors as well as cracks in the back bedroom walls. Moldey windows and loud neighbors. I moved in because of price and close to work. I moved out because of a better and nicer apartment and clientel. New management there now are nice people and listen. There is a police officer living on the premises not much happens. Very noisey neighbors.
