When I first moved in everything seemed ok, they had to fix my heat (moved in Oct. of 2006), something about a blower fan...not really a big deal..took a couple days to get the piece. Everything seemed ok cept for the simple maint. things that should take a couple minutes to fix they wouldn't do it, they'd look at it and it would work while they were there and they would just leave. Finally got things replaced. They had multiple water problems whether it be the boiler messing up and having to wait a month for a part or the water line busting beneath someone's apartment and having to wait on that person to come home to move them. The place was almost condemned due to the water not being fixed for so long. They were only allowed to take 50 bucks off your rent if you went and asked about it. They took forever to get the pool cleaned and opened...at the end of summer break. Problems with some people just leaving their trash outside their doors for weeks at a time and causing a stink.
It was just hard to get anybody there to do anything. After awhile they got a better maint. crew, but i don't think they recieve the monies to fix things like they should.I don't recommend anybody moving there unless they absolutely have to. Make it a last resort if your desperate. I broke my least just to get out of the place...bought a house...least if something goes wrong i can fix it and not have to wait on anybody but me.
