New management has made a huge difference

I have lived here since early 2005, and have seen several changes in ownership and management, I was ready to move until I saw all the positive changes that have occured since takeover by Empire. They are aggressively restoring this property to what it should be, and the management and maintenance staff are courteous , professional and motivated by a desire to have good relations with the tenants. Should this continue, and I fully expect that it will, I will stay here until I am able to buy a house.
