Apart from what some reviews are saying, I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Fayette Crossings. I've been in this complex for a little over a year now, and they have been very helpful. Management has always been real kind and cooperative with me, the maintenance guys are great, and the atmosphere is nice.
Any problem I have run into - things you would run into anywhere (noise, leaks, bugs, etc.) - have been quickly taken care of by making just one phone call or one visit to the office. For example, the most recent thing that happened was that there seemed to be an abundance of wasps around our deck. Being summer, this was not a surprise, but my boyfriend (who lives with me) is deathly allergic to wasp stings. I went down to the office, and not half an hour later maintenance was there, spraying the deck, and even went the extra mile to make sure we got our own can of spray in case they came back.

Especially for the price, and the sizes, I recommend this place to anyone.
