My wife, one-year-old daughter, dog and me moved to Lexington from Alaska in Aug 2008 and picked Fayette Crossing because all utilities are paid and it's close to the highway and shops.

The one thing that has set this place apart for us is the staff. Every request was responded to immediately and courtesly. The management and maintainence staff has bent over backwards to make sure we feel comfortable and every problem has been taken care of. This went an incredibly long way toward us feeling comfortable. The management also lives here so they have a vested interest in making sure this place is run well and looks nice.

Compared to other places in town, you get a good value for the money. The apartments are moderatley price. The apartments have all the basics and was in good working order for us. The two pools are always well maintained and clean, which is something you can't say for the vast majority of pools in town in apartment complexs.

The grounds were kept pretty clean and I always felt safe. The majority of people who live here are either working families or college students. There are never any loud parties and it's a nice, quiet place.

I would immediately recommend this place to anyone moving to town or looking for a moderately placed apartment.
