Personally, this is the worst place that i have ever lived, and would much rather live in my car then in this apartment another year. The manager is a major liar. Several apartments have been broken in to, including the apartment under mine. She (the manager) claimed that the grounds were usually better kept...she lied again. Almost every night at any hour of the night, neighbors kids knock on your door trying to sell newspapers, magazines and other sorts of junk. My door mats, plants, and mail has been stolen from my door step several times. The dumpster is continually full and people throw their junk all over the parking lot. The construction work is poor and mant. is slow and poor. Lastly, the owner Jim Arnold is the the meanest bastard alive...no consideration for college students. Stay away from this dump. Its not worth a penny!!

Diddo! Jim is the biggest prick I've ever met. He cheated us out of our deposit!

He is a total jerk. I've lived in several different complexes in Lexington, Louisville, Miami, etc. and never had a problem ending a lease early with good notice and good payment history. Not here. Absolutely no consideration for my job promotion that moved me over 300 miles away with 2 months notice given. Conveniently cannot locate move-in report which details stains and damage on carpet that I now have to pay for with my deposit plus additional $$ (didn't make a copy for myself-stupid, stupid, stupid!). I am currently paying 2 rents and will have payed close to $3000 in rent for an empty apartment when my lease is up. I loved my apartment and Mary in the office is nice and helpful but Jim Arnold is shady.
