Please do not consider this place when looking for an apartment.
The office staff is horrible, rude, and incompetent - but you may not see this since they are NEVER THERE!
The grounds are horrible. Trash everywhere, glass in the parking lot, raccoons in the dumpsters, and opossums by the stairs. They never change the walkway hall lites so you don't feel too safe.
The neighborhood is not the best. There is constant noise - yelling children, mopeds, city busses. There is always someone at your door - churches, children selling crap, or crazy people.
Keep in mind that the units themselves are nice. They are in good condition and fairly new. You have wonderful built-ins and updated appliances. In another few years they will go downhill just like the rest of hte neighborhood.
