forest creek is an awful place to live. i just recently moved out after living there for a year and came across this website while looking for another apartment i felt like i needed to let everyone know the truth about this place especially after reading the last couple comments left. it is not safe especially if you live in the buildings on the left. the people that live in the government housing buildings break down the fences and break into cars and i think there have even been cases where apartments have been broken into. the apartments are not taken care of and i dont think the owner or whoever is in charge knows what the term "curb appeal" means. they don't mow grass or remove leaves or bird ---- that is covering every balcony. the lady in the office is wonderful but the owner is the biggest ass. another thing i discovered while searching for a new apartment is the owner's name is actually Jim Arnold and he owns other apartments and condos in lexington (all are run down pieces of ---- like forest creek) and I kind of did a little asking around about him and no one i mean NO ONE had one good thing to say about the man. apparently he is known for being a racist and fair housing has been watching him for a while now. STEER CLEAR

What about Roy Butcher, Jim Arnolds right testicle man. Did you ever catch him rifling through your personal belongings?
