I've lived here for 5 years, I was only the 2nd person to live in my apt since it was built. The apartments are relatively nice, considering you get washer/dryer hooks ups, a dishwasher, microwave, etc.

The biggest downfall is the low rent housing projects right next door. I did leave my car unlocked one night, the only time ever, and someone got in and took the freaking console out of the middle. WTH' Why take that' Had a couple dollars in change in it, but thats still low brow and ghetto.

One of the first things I noticed about the place was how soundproof things are, I don't know what that one person was talking about hearing phones thru the walls, they must have super hearing. The only thing you CAN hear is kids running up and down the steps.

You will get a fair share of kids and/or "reformed drug addicts" trying to sell crap, but thats to be expected in an apartment anyways.

The maintenance is superb, I have had them out within a day or two for trivial things (light bulbs, ice maker, clogged drain, etc) and they are on it fast and pretty cool guys to boot.



The office manager, Mary maybe, is extremely nice and courteous. Never had a problem at all with her.
