Fountains at Andover
AVERAGE RATING

All in all the Fountains is a good place to live. There are a lot of luxuries here and most are in great shape. The location is great and very close to shopping centers, interstate, etc. I have found maintenance to be a problem. When I first moved in there were cobwebs on the vaulted ceiling which I couldn't reach, the stove was missing drip pans, my sink was missing parts which caused it to move about 2 inches on the counter, and my phone jacks didn't work. It took over almost a month for anybody to even come and look at them. That was after I contacted Fogelman Management. Since then things have been good. However, when I went to renew my lease, they were going to raise my rent $125 a month. A huge increase I was not ready for and therefore am moving. All in all though not a bad place to live.

I understand on the Renewal Increase. If they wanted people to stay there & valued there residents so much they wouldn't raise it that much. We got them to bring it down so it only went up $20, which is fine with me, but still ours would've went up $145.
