The Fountains sells you on their ammenities. However, their "business center" is in extremely poor condition! The computer is always shutting down and the copy machine never works. The maintenance of the property is in bad shape. Trash litters the grounds and many lights are out, so safety is a concern. I have also been waiting on the maintenance man to fix a problem he said he would get to in June! Overall, I have lived in much nicer places in Lexington which are much more reasonable in price.
