I lived at the Fountains for eight months and could not be happier. The location was absolutely perfect! You're 10-15 minutes from downtown Lexington, and next to all of the shopping/movies/restaurants/activities at Hamburg Pavillion. Also close to I-64/75 and no more than 3mi from New Circle and walking distance to Man O' War. It was also suprisingly quiet living there. Even with the close proximity to busy road and highways, I don't remember ever hearing the traffic.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful... especially the property manager. My transition into the aparment community and out of it was made very smooth with their help. Maitenence requests were always taken care of within 24 hours... if not within an hour or two.

The amenities were also great. Free copier/fax/computer in the business center. Free movie rentals, car wash... beautiful pool & spa.... 24/7 gym. It was like staying at a resort.

I would definately recommend anyone looking to live in the Fayette County area to check out the Fountains.
