Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Way overpriced for the amount of space you get. Becoming more difficult to turn left onto Todd's Road.
Office staff is unconcerned with problems.
Keep looking! Parking is impossible.
Obviously not well insulated, you can hear everything your neighbors say.
