The Fountains is a really nice place to live. The landscape is really pretty, and most of the staff members are really friendly. I have seen a few skunks here, but I honestly think that it isn't really a problem. I saw about twenty skunks in the year I lived at Brandywine, so this place is a major improvement. My only qualm with this place is that it is way to expensive for what it is. I am paying almost $700 for a rather small one bedroom apartment. That is just ridiculous! They also try and sell you on their "amenities" which aren't completely different than any other apartment. Overall great place. No problem with bugs, theft, or noise. Neighbors really haven't been too friendly, but that could just be me!
