I have lived at the Fountains for 4 years and I'm getting ready to move out. It has been a pleasant experience. The office staff is very nice as well as the maintenance staff. I have lived in 3 other apts. in Lexington (more expensive) and I never felt like I was home like I have at the Fountains. The pool is the nicest in Lex and the location is great. I never heard my neighbors and service was wonderful.Overall, I would say it is the best Lexington has to offer.
