To answer your question, yes this is an upset ex-tenant and his family. My family and I just moved out about a month ago and along with out entire security deposit and overpaid rental payments, our bank accounts and credit is on the line. We've received threatening phone calls, letters, and emails. Our "outstanding" bill consists of over $1500.00 (alot of nickels and dimes) worth and that isn't including the security deposit provided at the signing of the lease. I'm very disappointed in The Fountains, but it's understandable since The Fountains was bought out from an outside organizatiion. Once the change in ownership and not to mention the unfriendly staff/management, our rent (along with everyone elses) sky-rocketed by 17% -- thats if we were to sign into a new lease. With this said, these people are desperate enough to raise rent since their wallets are obviously hurting enough to do so. Take a look for yourself; drive through the parking lot @ supper time and you'll witness the numerous amount of vacancies. Don't let me persuade your decision of moving in or not -- just know I used this site and I wished I would of listened to the one or two negative comments left by past tenants. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
