My family and I lived here 2004-2005 and moved back last year. We absolutely love it here! Our first apartment had a pool view-which we miss, but our new apartment still has all the same great features inside, fireplace, washer/dryer, and HUGE tubs! My kids love the pool! Parking seems to only be a sproblem around certain buildings-we had trouble before but no problems now. The office staff is always quick to respond and while maintenace has been a bit slower lately, we are overall very happy with our apartment. Reading some of the negatives it looks like some didn't take care of their apartments and were charged for the repairs-when we moved out we had minimal charges...even with the kids. We would recommend The Fountains as a place to live.
