I moved in to the Fountains in May 2008. The area that have been a big disappointment has been the slow (or no response) to requests to fix items. I have had to go back to the office people on the two issues I've had numerous times and they are just not responding in timely manor.
One issue, an electrical issue, didn't get taken care of until I told them I would get it fixed by a vendor and deduct it from my next months rent. It was fixed the next day!!! You shouldn't have to do this though...
I don't know all the internal issues, but they do I have new out of town owner I belive and they had had turnover in the on site repair guys. However, I have to think part of the issues is a lazy office staff. What's it take to flow-up with someone'''
On the positive side, the gounds are well maintained, the complex is a good place for a working professional live and the floor plan works very nicely in my 2nd floor 1 bedroom unit.
