Lived here for a year now and all I can say is very unprofessional and irresponsible manager and staff. They had my apartment's heating and AC unit hooked up to my neighbor's electrical outlet and theirs into mine. Well I don't use my AC and rarely my heat so I had overpaid by a lot. Then tried to blame the city for their own mistake. Second they violate your privacy by letting any joe schmuck with a delivery to come into your apartment without your permission or prior notification. It's so bad they don't even bother to check if it was the right apartment for delivery. Just a flat out terrible exeperience here. Check the other reviews and definitely avoid this overpriced trap.
