I have lived in several different apartment communities and I have to say that this is by far the most enjoyable and well-maintained development that we have ever lived in.
Both My husband and I agree that if we are unable to find the perfect house to purchase this will remain the place that we know to be the best to live at in all of the Lexington area.
Both our professional and social life exposes us to many individuals throughout the Lexington area who rent and when we exchange stories the Grand Reserve shines above and beyond.
We are both professional at graduate and doctorate levels and feel that this community maintains an upscale environment that we feel proud to be a part of.
The staff are always friendly- even on a rainy day, the maintenance is complete the day that it is reported, the pool and gym is always spotless, and the social activities for young and old are endless- from Easter Egg Hunts, cook out pool parties, free messages weekly, tanning, and many more.
To all those that have complained - I challenge them to rent anywhere else and find such a easygoing, efficient, caring, and well manicured home.
We have rented in NYC, LA, Miami, Philadelphia, and Boston and rate this to be the best!!!
