I am very glad my experience living at Grand Reserve is coming to an end. My very biggest complaint is the constant problems we have had with our toilets. We have 3 bathrooms and each of the toilets have flooded at least 4 times... If you merely look at a toilet as a decoration and not something that you actually use then you wont have a problem living here. Another problem is the noise level. Im not talking about having crazy loud neighbors. Im talking about the walls. They are apparently made out of paper. If you dont own a televion set and you decide to move into Grand Reserve, dont worry. You can just listen to your neighbors TV. The only thing the staff here is good for is sending out their monthly newletters which only really highlights the issue of picking up your dogs crap outside to keep the grounds attractive. Ironic, because although Grand Reserve itself is attractive on the outside.. it is dog crap on the inside. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I totally agree with you. My toliets have overflown so many times I can't even count. There are literally holes in the ceiling downstairs where maintance has had to let the water drain out from the upstairs toliet. What makes me upset the most is the laundry room. I have lived at the Grand Reserve for a year now, and at least 6 or more months of the year, half of their dryers have been broken, the great thing about it, they are now blaming it on Hurricane Katrina, how untrue, and how disrepectful. There was a problem long before the hurricane came. Also trying to get a response from them about it is impossible. I am stuck here until the summer, maybe, the way things are going, I will be breaking my lease. I would advise anyone to not waste their money on this place, because you will be dissapointed.
