One of the nicest looking places in Lexington. Its a gated community, but that doesn't mean they work. It just means that there are gates installed on the property. Always something wrong with the gates and nobody ever seems to know how to fix them. The staff has a higher turnover rate than a fast food joint. They have a 24 hour pool and fitness center. Atleast thats what the brochure said. But, after you move in, you then realize it just means that the pool and fitness center are onsite 24 hours a day, not actually open that long. Of course, going to the pool requires you bring along your " Pool Pass ". Thats the latest little rule they have thought up. And you better have it when the idiot metro police officer shows up to close the 24 hour fitness center at 11:00 PM, or 10:30 , or whenever he shows up to run you out. Its generally a quiet place, well except when your neighbor decides to shoot himself in the head. Its an easy place to live as long as you follow the rules. Don't park here, don't park there, move your car so we can paint, move your furniture or we will fine you, Don't do this , don't do that.
