In my opininion this community has no regard for providing a safe clean apartment upon move in.
Carpeting was not replaced, smelled like pet urine throughout, water damage in the ceiling with asbestos and mold.
The management was very Rude and untimely with any response. Upon meeting others in the community I confirmed I was by far not the only one whom was experiencing difficulty with their apartments and Service.
One would think with the HIGH rent, you would uphold with a professional well kept community. Certainly not the case.
My suggestion, Look elsewhere.

It would be very hard to find asbestos in the GR. It was built in the 1990's. Asbestos was outlawed for use in the US in 1982. I know my math isn't great but something doesn't add up there. (And I thought my construction background would never come in handy)
