when first coming to visit grand reserve at pinnacle to check it out was in pressed of the the quality of the little trophies displayed.... so we took a tour of the two bedroom apartment that they use as a loor. so me and my girlfriend decided it looked good so we sat down and went over the rules and perks of living there.(when i say perks i meant to say lies.)they said "24 hour pool, being a gated community, fitness center, hot tube, Sana and matinees that are all suppose to be 24 hours." so we sign up and don't mine paying the house i mean apartment rent and the pet rent and the other stuff. we go over the stuff that needed to be fixed before we move in they said they where going to get it fixed in the next couple of days. so it the first day we moved in and all that great stuff, i decided to go take a shower and about 20mins later i come down stairs and find a puddle of water all over every thing in my kitchen i call matinees and they come over rip up the whole shower. it takes them every bit of two in a half weeks to fix the bases of the leak. to make this long story short.... I've lived there about fore in a half weeks and all the problems still have not been fixed. it is a total night mare living here I'm trying every witch way to break the contract...... this is just one of many many problems living here. so coming from someone that lived there from a short term not knowing other basically promised problems in the future...by the way i can gar-in tee that the office people put more than half the ratings on this site....

Seriously, you need to go back to school. This is the most horrific example of the English language I have ever seen. Pick up a dictionary and quit all the hating. I personally enjoy living at the Grand Reserve, despite having to worry about people not picking up their pets poop.

I agree.. Where in the hell did you graduate from? I live at the Grand Reserve and I LOVE IT!!! Your a complete idiot and it shows in more ways than one.

To the people that left hateful comments on the initial review of Grand Reserve...My boyfriend wrote this review about Grand Reserve, & even though he may not be the best speller in the world, everything he said about this place is true. Despite not being able to spell very well, he's definately not an idiot, so you should grow up & not make fun of people. That's so immature & childish. I can guarantee that you wouldn't begin to say all that stuff you wrote to his face. And I can point out grammar & spelling errors in both of your responses, so I would be careful about who you make fun of. He has a right to make a comment about an awful place that we unfortunately had to call home for 8 months. You also have your right to state that you somehow LOVE Grand Reserve, despite the other many bad reviews of it, but you don't have to belittle people by making fun of them.

How many times did you run the spell checker before you posted your comment??????? I lived at Grand Reserve for 1 year before my job transferred me, and it was awesome! I loved my apartment! You have to remember that it is a used apartment, not a brand new house. So, unless you built the place yourself, and can control everyone that lives there simultaneously, you need to stop complaining and get over yourself. Every apartment complex you go to will have its fair share of issues. As long as management is trying to handle it, they are doing their jobs.
