I have lived at The Grand Reserve for a while now, and I have no problems at all. Our apartment is fantastic, and the attatched garages are very nice to keep my crappy car from getting any crappier. The office staff is always helpful, but more importantly, very friendly. I have lived in a number of places where the staff has no Idea who you are when you walk through the clubhouse doors. Not the case here, they even know my dog's name and ask me how he's doing. I had asked if there was any way they could get a pet waste station closer to my apartment in building six, and I was responded to immediately, and told that it would be know problem. I don't know much about how long it takes getting things fixed, because everything in my apartment works just fine. I was very hesitant about the place after seeing this site, but now I wonder what these people who don't like it here are smoking. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER!!!
