Fine so far

I've only been here a couple of months. So far, maintenance has shown up in 2 days for each request. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The staff is nice, though I don't hang out with them like evidently some residents do (in order to really form a proper opinion of them). They've made me feel welcome. I have a garage, so I don't have to worry about parking (so I can't help you there) but no one that I've invited over has had any problems finding a parking spot. The fitness center is nice and small. If you're looking for something SUPER fancy, you should think about getting a membership at an actual gym. I have a pet, and I REALLY like the fact that they have dog clean-up stations on the grounds. It makes for less headaches and an easy clean-up solution when taking him out. For the price, they should supply washer and dryers. That's my only beef. Other than that, it's great and very quiet. Perfect for the 20's-something working person, but it would be a good fit for anyone living alone or with a friend. If you're married, consider buying a house (due to the cost of living here). It would be a wiser investment.
