I recently accepted a promotion with my job and have had to relocate to Cincinnati. Unfortunatly, I am not ready to buy a house, especially since I'm not fimilar with the area. So for the time being I will be apartment living. For the past two months I've searched relentlessly looking for an apartment communitiy were I would not be down grading from the Grand Reserve. We'll no such luck. A community like the Grand Reserve doesn't exist in the Greater Cincinnati area. Well, unless you are willing to pay $1500.00 a month for a one bedroom - I'm not.

So yes, the Grand Reserve has some opportunities. Staff changes constantly and has for the two years I've lived here. Apparently, they put some pretty stiff regulation on the tanning bed, the work out facility isn't anything to brag about, they no longer allow you to place your chairs in the lazy river, the garages malfunction ( I used to think it was really funny to watch until my garage started doing it!), the gates NEVER and I do mean NEVER work, they require that you carry your pool pass with you and present it when they do "pool pass checks", you're only allowed 2 guest per household and lastly, the walls are very thin and maintance is a little slow getting things done.

However, it is very hard to find attached garages, ceramic tile floors, fireplaces and a great location for that price anywhere else.

The price is the last thing I would complain about in this community. I enjoyed living here very much. There are several things to gripe about, but go somewhere else and try to beat what this community has to offer.

You obviously are insane you rated this good. I have lived in these apartments for a year and they are terrible. You should look elsewhere like we have and we moved.
