A pretty decent place to live

I've lived here for 6 months now, no major complaints but no major acolades either.
Pros: Nice looking property, well kepts green areas, gated (although they rarely function, but honestly I like them open better, much less hassel getting in and out, and for guests, etc. Nice pool, car wash, attached garages (love that), quick maintanence staff.
Cons: Some undisclosed fees that I wasnt told about, namely trash and pest, and they are entirely too expensive, some of the buildings need a little exterior cosmetic work, peeling paint, etc., Appliances are a little dated, should be newer in an apartment in this price range. I have heard that they are not willing to show a little compasion in this tough economic time. I have heard of some people that lost their jobs and they wouldnt allow them to be released from their leases, making them pay upwards of $4,000 dollars. Not cool, especially when they will just immediately fill the vacant apartment, essintailly they get paid double the rent. I dont see why they cant just release people, esspeccially now.
But all and all, an OK place
