I have been living in this complex for the last two years and recently renewed my lease for another year. The apartment complex is located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the major arteries as well shopping and UK/downtown. Apart from some minor maintenance issues which were promptly addressed, I have never had any problem so far. Ample parking space is available, and the noise level is minimal. The rent is reasonable (rents for 2 BR apartments are significantly higher though) and the staff is always courteous.

i love Kirklevington hills as well. its a great place, and those who dont clean their apartment, um you will be living in Mold, and if you turn the air down too low, yes you wont have any air because, duh, it freezes. and the heat, same thing. the water heats up fast, and i take about a 10 minute shower, i guess if somone takes an hour, then yeah even in my parents 2.5 million house, the water in showers stays heated for an hour then goes luke warm. these are great apartments. :) if you dont like it MOVE OUT
