Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I had written a very nasty, well-founded review on here that was deleted, but I am going to reiterate my comments because people need to know. So, here are the A,B,C's of Kirklevington Hills.
A- Ants, Aggravated Asthma (due to mold)
B- Black water, Bugs!
C- Cut your losses on your deposit- they'll take it all.
D- Deceitful advertising and staff
E- Eak! Electronics are ruined- damned humidity!
F- Freeze all winter!
G- Go elsewhere!
H- Holes, Heat and Humidity
I- Insulation'''' Yeah right!
J- JUST STAY AWAY!
K- Kick the wall, the whole place will fall down!
L- Loud, Loud, LOUD.
M- Mold EVERYWHERE
N- No maintenance service until you threaten to have them investigated.
O- Oh, the misery of getting conned into such a long lease
P- Plumbing''' Yeah right'
Q- Questionable morality of the entire company
R- Rude
S- Sweltering heat ALL SUMMER. Sewage, Sewage, Sewage!
T- Third world countries have better apartments
U- Unresponsive staff
V- Very thin walls
W- Witchy staff members
X- X-treamly awful
Y- Y didn't maintenance ever respond'
Z- Zoo animal's accommodations are better maintained!
IN SUMMARY, WORST PLACE EVER. IF MISERY LOVES COMPANY, THEN IT SHOULD GO TO KIRKLEVINGTON HILLS, IT WILL FIND PLENTY OF COMPANY.
