6 Months to Get Out

I just moved in this past November, in which just a month later one fire occurred. To my knowledge, this was the 4th apartment complex fire in separate buildings. I had signed on a year lease and there is no way I can afford to break my lease (it would be over $2000). Today I get notification that all residents have 6 months to leave as they are tearing down the apartments and putting in condos. Makes those fires seem very suspicious afterall. After comparing the prices to other apartments, this is way too expensive for what you get. The heat is still on, even with 80 degree days. My water in the kitchen has no pressure and I've had to have them to come fix the hot water at least 6 times. Not only that, it is not pleasant to wake up with neighbors doing their business at all hours, or a fire truck running by the road.

The police arrested a fat ba$tard resident for setting at least one of these fires. The fat ba$tard set the fire to get out of his lease.
What a stupid a$$ fat ba$tard.

The guy arrested was arrested because the owners lied in the grand jury... He didn't do it.
