No heat; no air conditioning; raw sewage in floor; they do not clean carpets with raw sewage in them; mold growing on my couch when I was away for two weeks . You never can get a person when you call because they screen their calls. They do not respond to any maintenence requests. They have a reputation among local plumbers and carpet cleaners for NOT paying their bills.

I agree. If you are currently living there, take pictures of your "clean" apartment before you move out. They will screw you outta your deposit any way they can. They really do have a reputation among plumbers , etc....for not paying their bills.

seriously?! there is mold because you do not CLEAN, and if theres raw sewage, um dont flush so much TP down. it over flows, and they do not screen their calls, you just call when they are busy or out of the office.

They do screen their calls. Mold does not grow because you do not clean... think about it... the buildings smell musty when you walk in. Mold in the duct work . Duh! I moved from there one year ago this month, and still haven't got back any of my deposit, after numerous attempts. They can keep it

there is a reason why you didnt get your deposit back and they do not screen their calls my apartment doesnt smell like that i clean and vaccum, something you must not have done very much to have an apartment smell. good luck!!!!!

Wow, I see that an employee is taking this to heart...To many people are saying the same thing about the complex and only this one person (employee) is saying something different...
